This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all fees paid to Liberty Market Investment Ltd. ("LMI", "we", "our") for access to any of our digital services, including but not limited to Qualifying Session accounts, Funded Session accounts, add-ons, resets, data feeds, and any other products or services offered through lmitrade.com or its sub-domains (collectively, the "Services").
Important: LMI Services are digital and time-limited. Access credentials are issued after payment confirmation, which may take several minutes or, in rare cases, a few hours. Once credentials are issued, the Service is deemed consumed in full, and no right of withdrawal exists under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Schedule 1, Reg. 37).
No refunds or partial refunds will be provided after purchase, except in the limited circumstances set out in § 3 below. By purchasing any Service, you expressly acknowledge that (a) delivery commences immediately after payment confirmation and (b) you lose the statutory 14-day "cooling-off" period once credentials are issued.
A full or partial refund may be considered, at LMI’s sole discretion, only when all of the following conditions are met:
Duplicate payments caused by a processing error will be refunded in full once verified.
If a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original payment method. Banking surcharges, currency-conversion costs, and other non-recoverable processing fees are non-refundable.
LMI does not operate an automatic subscription model. Each account tier has a fixed access period (e.g. 30 calendar days for 30K-300K accounts; 15 calendar days for 10K Mini accounts).
Payments for account resets, platform upgrades, additional data feeds, or similar one-time services are non-refundable once processed.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting LMI Support will be treated as a breach of this Policy. The related account(s) will be suspended, and any account progress will be voided. You agree to reimburse LMI for all costs incurred in connection with an unfounded dispute, including bank-retrieval fees and reasonable legal expenses.
LMI reserves the right to refuse or reverse any payment and to close associated accounts if fraud, abuse, or prohibited activity is suspected. No refund will be granted in such cases, and account progress may be voided.

This Policy and any dispute arising under it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted at /en/refund_policy/ and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
