Terms of Use

Version LMI-TOU-EN-2026.09-R02 · Effective 8 September 2026

These are the rules for using the LMI Website. Before ordering a Service, also read the applicable Rules, order conditions and Refund Policy.

1. Website scope and operator

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of lmitrade.com and its public information pages (the "Website"). The operator is LIBERTY MARKET INVESTMENT LTD, company no. 12254047, registered office 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, England, IP1 1RJ ("LMI," "we," "us" or "our"). "You" means the person using the Website.

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. These Terms do not themselves purchase, activate or grant eligibility for an LMI Service.

2. Services and order conditions

Before ordering or accessing a Qualifying Session, Funded Session or related paid Service, review the conditions disclosed for your order, the applicable Rules and the Refund Policy. Browsing the Website does not by itself place an order or grant access to a Service.

Order-specific conditions identify the selected Service, price and access period; the applicable Rules govern trading and payout requirements; and the Refund Policy governs refunds and cancellation, subject to mandatory law. A marketing summary does not by itself change the conditions accepted for an existing order.

3. Access and limited permission

LMI grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable permission to view and use the Website for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. LMI may restrict, suspend or withdraw access or change or discontinue Website content and features in its sole discretion. This does not by itself change an existing Service contract.

You are responsible for your equipment, connection and lawful access. Do not bypass technical or geographic restrictions or misrepresent your identity or location. Information being visible on the Website does not mean you are eligible for a Service or that it is available in your location.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently or abusively; infringe another person’s rights; impersonate others; submit false information; upload malicious code; obtain unauthorised access; probe, overload or disrupt systems; circumvent security controls; or interfere with LMI or other users. Automated scraping, copying or commercial exploitation of Website content without permission is prohibited except where applicable law permits it.

LMI may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant evidence, restrict access and pursue available remedies. Service-related trading prohibitions and consequences are addressed in the applicable Rules.

5. Information, simulation and risk

Website material is general information, not personal investment, financial, tax or legal advice or a recommendation to trade. LMI does not act as your broker, dealer, custodian or investment adviser.

LMI Qualifying Sessions and Funded Sessions are simulated. LMI does not offer a live-trading stage, hold customer trading deposits or execute your orders in real markets. Simulated balances are not cash held for you. Simulated results may differ materially from real-market execution and do not guarantee future results or payment.

Service fees are real and may be lost. A payout is subject to the applicable contract, eligibility requirements and review; no Website example, testimonial, target or performance display guarantees a payout or result.

6. Intellectual property

LMI and its licensors retain all rights in the Website, content, software, trademarks, documentation, data presentation and design. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Except with written permission or as allowed by law, you must not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, translate, create derivative works from, remove ownership notices from, reverse engineer or commercially exploit LMI or licensed material. If you voluntarily provide feedback, you grant LMI a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and sublicensable right to use it for lawful business purposes.

7. Privacy and cookies

The Privacy Policy and applicable cookie information explain personal-data processing and Website cookies. Use of the Website may generate electronic communications, security logs and usage records as described there and permitted by law. Where consent is required, it is requested separately; acceptance of these Terms is not blanket consent to optional cookies.

Only provide information that you are authorised to submit and keep information you provide accurate.

8. Accuracy and external services

LMI may update Website information without guaranteeing that every item is complete, current or error-free. Marketing summaries do not replace the conditions governing an order. Changes to an existing order remain subject to its applicable conditions and mandatory law.

Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience. Their availability, content, terms and privacy practices are controlled by their operators; a link does not imply LMI’s endorsement or guarantee.

9. Availability, disclaimers and liability

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY OR RESULTS. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, security measures, third-party failures or events outside LMI’s reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMI and its affiliates are not liable for special, punitive, exemplary, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from these Website Terms or Website use, including loss of profits, opportunity or data, even if advised of the possibility. If liability nevertheless arises, total aggregate liability is limited to US$100.00. No claim accruing more than one year before proceedings may be asserted against LMI or its affiliates, to the extent permitted by law.

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless LMI, its affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, licensees and employees against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable fees arising from your breach, Website misuse, negligence or wilful misconduct. No settlement may impose an obligation on an indemnified party without its prior written consent. These provisions survive termination. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Law, complaints and disputes

These Terms and related disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law permits you to bring proceedings elsewhere or requires LMI to do so. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections under the law of your country of habitual residence.

Send Website complaints to [email protected] or the registered office above. The parties should try in good faith to resolve a written complaint within 30 days before formal proceedings, without delaying urgent relief, missing a legal deadline or restricting mandatory rights. LMI may seek injunctive or equitable relief to protect its systems, intellectual property, confidential information or anti-fraud controls. The prevailing party may seek reasonable costs and fees where law permits.

11. Changes and general provisions

LMI may revise these Website Terms for legal, security, technical or operational reasons. The revised version will identify its effective date; LMI will give notice of material changes and obtain consent where law requires. Continued Website use after notice constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law. Changes to Services or existing orders remain subject to the conditions accepted for the order and mandatory law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms do not create an agency, partnership, fiduciary relationship or joint venture. The English version controls over a conflicting translation to the extent permitted by law.
